Just to state the basic facts: new products are needed more often; they have to come faster, cheaper and, of course, improved. This is why analysis, simulation, virtual prototyping and testing have become a critical part in the product development and manufacturing process. This induces phenomenal complexity which in turn induces a greater need for power.
Wild Systems acknowledges the situation in which the CAE engineers are in. Either they have a desktop computer undersized in power and with part of its resources already used by day to day programs or they need to negotiate for computer time and resources on a departmental cluster or on a larger server.
Wild Node plug and play solution comes as an “application in a box” that simply connects to a desktop computer, lets the latter manage the day to day work and concentrates on the engineer’s favourite application that has been optimized by our middleware.
To sum up, a technological high end appliance with our partner’s optimized software, our middleware result of 20 years of research connected to a normal desktop with everyday programs running as usual. Wild Systems offers a solution combining performance and autonomy without transforming the engineer into a supercomputer specialist.
